Exhibition 'A School of Schools' in Arles with Jan Boelen and Aslı Çiçek

Curated by Belgian artistic director Jan Boelen, 'A School of Schools' presents the work of over 90 artists and designers from around the world, including Belgian based architect Aslı Çiçek. 'School of Schools' is a multi-platform knowledge-based exhibition that uses, tests, and revises a variety of educational strategies.

The exhibition is curated by Jan Boelen, Vera Sacchetti and Nadine Botha for the 4th Istanbul Design Biennial. Jan Boelen is co-founding artistic director of the research program Atelier Luma.

A School of Schools is presented at Luma Arles as part of the Guest Program of Luma Days #3, a yearly forum of art and ideas, which takes place in Arles from May 22 to 25, 2019, from Friday to Sunday, from 11am to 6pm.
