The Groen Kwartier (Green Quarters) in Antwerp, the Toison d'Or and Treurenberg in Brussels and Paradis Express in Liège are nominated for the MIPIM Awards. The MIPIM Awards is an international real estate competition. It takes place from 15 to 18 March in Cannes (France).
The Green Quarters, the former military hospital in Antwerp, was nominated in the category 'Best urban regeneration project'. The architects are Beel&Achtergael Architects, 360 architects and Collectief Noord. Architects of the Toison d'or are UN Studio / Jaspers-Eyers Architects and the project was nominated in the category 'Best residential development'. Treurenberg by ASSAR architects was nominated in the category 'Best innovative green building'. Finally, Paradis Express in Liège was nominated in the category 'Best futura project' and is from the architectural association A2M - Jaspers-Eyers Architectects - BAG.
