Exhibition Composite Presence travels to Hasselt (BE)

In 2021, Composite Presence was on show at the Venice Architecture Biennale. The presentation by Bovenbouw Architectuur was very well received there and is now coming to Belgium for the first time. From 2 October in Z33 (Hasselt), a life-size model of fifty buildings exposes the friction between city and architecture.

Belgian designers in exhibition about brick

The exhibition BAKSTEEN in Kunsthal Kade (Amersfoort, NL) pays tribute to the brick with work by more than fifty artists, architects and designers from the Netherlands and abroad. Among them are the Belgian artists Olivier Goethals, Wim Delvoye, Ronny Delrue and Filip Dujardin.

15th Conference of the European Association for Urban History

The 15^th EAUH Conference will be held from Wednesday 31 August – Saturday 3 September 2022, at the University of Antwerp. Collection manager at the Flanders Architecture Institute Stefaan Grieten will give a lecture on the Antwerp Central Station and its urban development.
