Belgian architects at Tallinn Architecture Biennale

From October to November 2024 the Tallinn Architecture Biennale (TAB2024) will take place in Tallinn, Estonia. Among the participants are the Belgian architects of BC architects & studies. The young architects Matthieu Brasebin and Elisabeth Terrisse de Botton are among the finalists of the TAB 2024 Installation Competition. The winning project will be announced in July 2024.

The Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp discussed at EAUH 2024 Conference
4 > 7.09.2024 | Ostrava, Chzech Republiq

From 4 to 7 September the EAUH 2024 Conference: Cities at the Boundaries will take place in Ostrava, Chzech Republiq. Collection manager and historian Stefaan Grieten (Flanders Architecture Institute) will give a lecture about Museums and the City, with a focus on the Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp.

After nearly two decades at the Flanders Architecture Institute in Belgium, director Sofie De Caigny steps down this summer. She spoke to the British architecture magazine Architect's Journal about the Flander’s architectural scene, her favourite UK firms and winning work in Belgium. The article also presents Dennis Pohl, starting from April 2024 as the new director of the Flanders Architecture Institute.
