How can we live communally and make housing in an urban environment more affordable and attractive? The renowned architectural firm Dogma sees a solution in a time-honoured building type: the urban villa. The Flanders Architecture Institute (VAi) has invited the architects to reveal their research in an exhibition.

On 3 October architects Pier Vittorio Aureli and Martino Tattara (Dogma) will give a lecture in the Blue Hall of DE SINGEL in Antwerp about their research on the urban villa. Afterwards you can visit the exhibition and enjoy a drink.

Urban vision Lutsk is an urban study for the city of Lutsk in Ukraine by the Belgian office ORG, misto reboot and urbanrefoms. The goal is to create a new vision for the city Lutsk, make Lutsk (even) more comfortable to live in and more attractive for visitors while preserving its historical value.

With their design ‘REbuild - Adaptive reuse of an industrial structure’ Stijn Jalon and Douwe Neven presented a project where concrete elements are preserved or reused in the adapted building.
