From 12 to 13 September 2024 the Flanders Architecture Institute and Nieuwe Instituut organise Exchange in Practice, a two-day exchange programme for young architects from the Netherlands and Flanders/Brussels.*
The two architecture institutes are organising this event for the fourth time, alternately in Antwerp and Rotterdam. Each edition focuses on a topical theme relevant to both regions. The aim is to encourage cross-fertilisation between Dutch and Belgian architecture (culture). Challenging projects and a well-considered selection of architecture offices are the keys to making this exchange as productive as possible.
Exchange in Practice 2024 will take place on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 September 2024 in Antwerp. It will focus on co-creation in the Antwerp-North area (more specifically Borgerhout). The main part will be a co-creation workshop based on local cases, guided by experts from the office Endeavour.
