Eva Weyns
Coordinator Knowledge Centre and Consultant Construction
Eva Weyns (°1989) is coordinator of the Knowledge Centre and consultant at the Flanders Architecture Institute. Since 2019, she has been working there on support and research for the cultural heritage of construction. In 2025, she obtained a PhD in architecture from KU Leuven with a historical study on post-war religious architecture and urbanisation in Belgium. She previously worked as an intern architect at Barbara Van der Wee Architects in Brussels (2013-2014). Eva studied Architectural Engineering (2007-2012) and Conservation of Monuments and Sites (2012-2025) at KU Leuven.
