On Sunday 7 June 2026, Dag van de Architectuur will open its doors across Flanders and Brussels. From 10:00h to 18:00h, you’ll have a unique opportunity to take a look inside twenty leading projects that have been nominated for the Architectuur Prijs Vlaanderen 2026.
Doors that are usually closed will open across Flanders and Brussels during Dag van de Architectuur. Discover remarkable buildings, hear the stories behind their design, and chat with architects and users. From schools to housing projects, from workplaces to care settings: architecture shapes our daily lives. On June 7, you can experience this for yourself.
All activities are free of charge. At many locations, you can simply walk in, though some offer guided tours or talks for which registration is required.

The way we work is changing, and the spaces in which we do so are evolving alongside it. These projects demonstrate how contemporary workplaces prioritise flexibility, collaboration and well-being. They often combine multiple functions under one roof and create space for interaction, innovation and new forms of productivity.
