This corner plot is not even one acre in area. At the back, high party walls deprive it of any hope of a ray of southern sun. The solution lies in the genetic manipulation of the spatial DNA of the corner type: by raising the living area as high as possible and looking for sun and private outdoor space amidst the rooftops. On the basis of this morphological principle, the architects designed a fine example of compact, vertical urban architecture.
