On 27 October 2020, the Flanders Architecture Institute and A+ are inviting the firm Générale to deliver an ACROSS lecture at deSingel in Antwerp. Architect Jo Taillieu will be introducing the young Brussels-based firm.
Générale is a company that was founded in 2017 in Brussels by seven architects who split away from the firm l’Escaut. Générale focuses on projects that serve the community and an architecture that gets as close to the user as possible.
ACROSS 2020
Belgian journal A+ Architecture, in collaboration with the Flanders Architecture Institute and the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Liège, once again organise the lecture series ACROSS. Four young French-speaking offices will take to the floor in Antwerp, while four Dutch-speaking practices will speak in Liège. Each participant will be introduced by a senior architect from the other language region.
