The Alvéole project in Saint-Nazaire (FR) by 51N4E and Bourbouze & Graindorge won a French AMO award for Best Urban Catalyst. Pierre Hebbelinck Architecture and the French agency HBAAT won in the TransEuropArchi category for the Halle Perret project in Montataire (FR).
A project on Belgian soil also received an award: the prize for the Most Productive Place went to the Frans Masereel Centre in Kasterlee by List & Hideyuki Nakayama Architecture.
This is the first year that the Association des Architectes et des Maîtres d’Ouvrage (AMO), France, have opened its award programme to Belgian projects.
