Conversation series: #1 Free zone

In the frame of the Duos & Débats exhibition presented on the newly opened Plateforme de la Création Architecturale of the Paris Cité de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine, 51N4E will be hosting a series of conversations. For each of them, guests will give a short introduction on a selection of projects, that will then give way to an open discussion between the office, the guests and the public.

What is the Center for Openness & Dialogue (COD)? It is an experiment, a new type of governmental institution. Open in July 2015 in Tirana, Albania, in Prime Minister Edi Rama’s office (a building that was inaccessible to the public until then), the COD is a space where culture, art, urban development & politics converge, a meeting point, an unsettling space for dialogue, open to everyone.

Speakers: 51N4E + Falma Fshazi, director of the COD, communication advisor of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama / Anri Sala, artist, advisor of the COD
