The film TRUSSES by Jonathan Ortegat shows the making of and the transportation of the 4 steel trusses – 27 meters span and 2 storeys high – for the collective amenity Amal Amjahid in Molenbeek by Bogdan & Van Broeck.
In applied mechanics, a truss is a structure whose members are organized in such a way that the assembly of the various elements behaves like a single object. Meditative shots follow the journey of four parts of the truss from their production in the Belgian Saint-Vith over to canal passage and assembly in the new sports hall Amal Amjahid in the Brussels neighborhood of Molenbeek (Bogdan & Van Broeck).
