The Cosmopolitan, Chirec Delta General Hospital and Tivoli Green City in Brussels, Zorghotel Rode Kruis in Zuienkerke and Granary Island in Gdansk are the nominated projects.

- in the category Best Urban Development: Tivoli Green City in Brussels from BAM Contractors, BEAI and Adriana
