Poot architectuur’s renovation of the Ferdinand house in Berchem has received extensive coverage in the German journal DBZ Bauverlag.
In the article ‘Kleines Haus - Großes Potential’ [Small House – Big Potential], Michael Koller writes: ‘The architects have succeeded in transforming the small family house into a light and functional home, despite its unfavourable orientation. They achieve this, amongst other things, by completely rethinking the use of space.’
Further projects by Poot architectuur can be found in the VAi’s buildings database. Maarten Liefooghe also discusses their work on the Sint-Jans-Gasthuis (Lo-Reninge) in his essay ‘Revisiting (Post-) Reconstruction architecture’ for the Flanders Architectural Review N°14.
