RE-ST lectures in Aachen (Germany)

On 4 June 2019 RE-ST will give a lecture at Aachen University on their practice and research on Wanderspace. RE-ST is conducting research into the (under) utilisation of space. According to the architects, the profusion of buildings in Flanders prevents us from realising just how much space we already have at our disposal.

RE-ST wants to broaden this research and put it on the European agenda. The lecture reflects the ambition to export innovative spatial research from Flanders to the neighbouring countries.

RE-ST received the Bouwmeester label from the Vlaams Bouwmeester (Flemish Government Architect) for this research project. Twelve examples of their work were included in the exhibition series BWMSTR Label at the VAi/deSingel.
