Two Belgian projects are among the finalists for the next MIPIM Awards, which will be awarded at the international real estate show to be held from 12 to 15 March at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
Bovenbouw Architectuur, Caruso St John Architects and DDS+ architects
The former Royale Belge site in Watermael-Boitsfort, which is competing in two categories: best conversion project and best mixed-use project. A project led by APE, CORES Development, Foresite and Urbicoon, with architects Caruso St John Architects, Bevenbouw Architectuur, DDS+, MA2 and Atelier Eole.
