architecten de vylder vinck taillieu are introducing JIJ‘S: Many projects exemplify their sense of cooperation, such as their furniture program featuring Serge Vandenhove. Next to drawings, photographs and models, the show in the vai Dornbirn will present a series of furniture which showcase their unique way of thinking space and object.

In the autumn of 2011 this exposition was on show in the VAi and deSingel (more information about this exposition in the VAi and deSingel you can find here). The acquisition of this exhibition proves that the international architecture scene follows closely and appreciates the recent developments in Flanders. The exposition is not intended to be a retrospective or to tell a completed story, but to explore certain topics and to present a snapshot of the still early collective career of this trio of architects.

The exposition starts on April 11, 2012 with an introduction by Katrien Vandermarliere of the VAi and Marina Hämmerle of the vai - Vorarlberger Architektur Institut, Dornbirn, Osterreich

Watch here the interview (in Dutch) with the architects as a result of the exhibition in deSingel in autumn 2011.

Produced in cooperation with deSingel / International Art Campus Antwerp and VAi Vlaams Architectuurinstituut.
