Two Belgian projects among winners 2026 AR Future Projects Awards

Haus der Musik, designed by ADEPT in Braunschweig, Germany has been announced as this year’s overall winner, while two projects in Canada and India have been highly commended.

This year, entries were reviewed by architect, educator and curator for Architecture, Urban Regeneration and Cities at Triennale Milano Nina Bassoli ; director of the Flanders Architecture Institute Dennis Pohl; and Vishaan Chakrabarti, founder and creative director of Practice for Architecture and Urbanism (PAU).

Alongside the future project categories, the awards include three further prizes, judged by AR editors Manon Mollard and Eleanor Beaumont: Competition entry prize, Student prize and Sustainable research and design prize.
