The combination of a certain reserve with regard to the surroundings and a hedonistic pleasure in the landscape gives the house an unexpected complexity. The designers have further enriched the hybridism the building derives from its varied functions by means of surprising vistas which, together with the vague boundaries of the rooms, creates an atmosphere of relaxed domesticity.
