ITN ‘Communities of Tacit Knowledge: Architecture and its Ways of Knowing’ convenes a three-day International Conference at ETH Zürich (CH) between 19 and 21 June 2023, that aims to explore tacit knowledge in architecture culture. During the 'object session' Lineages on 20 June Sofie De Caigny and Tine Poot (Flanders Architecture Institute) will present "a Studio for Orbanism: the living archive of Luc Deleu & T.O.P. office as a source of commons for unsolicited architecture practice”.

Award and special mention for 2 Belgian projects at European Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention

The Organization of the AHI European Award (Architectural Heritage Intervention) has published the finalist projects. The restoration of Gruuthuse Museum in Bruges by B-juxta architecten received a special mention and the film La vie en kit / Life, assembled by Elodie Degavre won the Award in the Dissemination category.

As from May 28, Atelier LUMA in Arles (FR) is presenting the renovation project of Le Magasin Électrique, Lot 8, through an exhibition in its agora. For three years, this former industrial building, renovated and inaugurated in the spring of 2023 in collaboration with BC architects & studies, has been the scene of a large-scale, experimental worksite with the vocation of being a leading figure in the field of renovation.
