1. Algemene projectgegevens

Onder de architect verstaan wij de persoon / de eenmanszaak / de vernnootschap / het samenwerkingsverband / het collectief dat het architecturaal auteurschap van het project draagt. Individuele leden van het ontwerpteam (projectleiders en -medewerkers, adviseurs, onderaannemers e.d.) kunnen verderop in dit formulier bij naam genoemd worden. | By the architect we mean the person / the sole proprietorship / the partnership / the temporary collaboration / the collective that bears the architectural authorship of the project. 5. Contactgegevens
Wij hebben voor iedere inzending een duidelijk aanspreekpunt nodig namens de architect én namens de opdrachtgever.Wij gebruiken deze contactgegevens uitsluitend voor redactionele doeleinden, zoals het opvragen van bijkomende informatie en documenten, nader onderzoek naar de achtergrond van de ontwerpvraag, het organiseren van projectbezoeken, etc.
For every submission we need a clear point of contact on behalf of the architect and on behalf of the client. We use these contact details exclusively for editorial purposes, such as requesting additional information and documents, further research into the background of the design brief, organizing project visits, etc.

6. Gegevensverwerking
Het Vlaams Architectuurinstituut biedt op zijn website een gebouwendatabank aan. Dit is een online digitaal archief over hedendaagse architectuur in Vlaanderen en Brussel. De gebouwendatabank bestaat uit een publiek en een niet-publiek deel.
Wanneer u gegevens doorstuurt, verklaart u zich akkoord dat deze gegevens in het niet-publieke deel van de gebouwendatabank worden opgeslagen met de mogelijkheid dat het VAi deze gegevens in de toekomst gratis internationaal ontsluit via het publieke deel van de gebouwendatabank. Contactgegevens zullen nooit ontsloten worden via het publieke deel van de gebouwendatabank. Voor de duur dat de auteursrechten op de gegevens geldig zijn, blijven deze uiteraard uw eigendom. U geeft echter de toestemming aan het VAi deze gegevens gratis mee te delen aan het publiek. U staat borg voor de inhouden die u aanlevert en garandeert dat u bevoegd bent om de gegevens op te laden op het niet-publieke deel van de gebouwendatabank. U geeft met andere woorden de rechten in licentie waar u houder van bent en zeggenschap over heeft. U hebt op elk moment het recht deze gegevens te laten wijzigen of verwijderen.
The Flanders Architecture Institute offers a building database on its website. This is an online digital archive about contemporary architecture in Flanders and Brussels. The building database consists of a public and a non-public part.
