This yearbook presents a survey of recent developments in architecture and environmental planning in Flanders and Brussels.
It is prefaced by a number of articles offering a critical insight into the current state of affairs and which discuss the role of architecture in town planning, public housing, official contracts and local governement policy. The middle section comprises a selection of 38 projects executed in 1994 and 1995, form small interior conversions to large office buildings.
