Flanders Architectural Yearbook 1998-1999

Flanders Architectural Yearbook 1998-1999

This Flanders Architectural Yearbook, 1998-1999 published by the Ministery of the Flemish Community, presents a survey of recent developments in architecture and environmental planning in Flanders and Brussels. It is prefaced by a number of articles offering a critical insight into the current state of affaires. The middle section comprises a selection of projects executed in 1998 and 1999, from small interior conversions to large office buildings.

The book also contains a list of exhibitions, publications and architectural prizes from the period under discussion. All this should make it a valuable source of information and makes it a foundation for the development of architectural discussion in Flanders.
