A central staircase in the form of a piece of ‘climbing furniture’ organises each of the three floors and makes any further division of the plan unnecessary: it incorporates the corner bend of the building, leaving an opening on one side and on the other a kitchen, a living room and a roof terrace on the respective storeys.
